About the sourcing desk

Canton Fair Sourcing is an independent sourcing service for US buyers. We index products from exhibitors at the China Import and Export Fair, clean them up, price them to your door, and put a team in Guangzhou at your disposal to contact factories, verify them, collect quotes, visit, inspect and manage orders.

Why exhibitors

Exhibiting at Canton Fair costs real money and requires an export licence. A supplier that has shown up for ten consecutive fairs is an active, licensed exporter — a stronger baseline than a self-declared “gold” badge. We show that history on every supplier page and add our own verification on top.

How we make money

You pay a flat per-supplier fee for scouting and verification, a flat fee for visits and inspections, or 2.5% for a fully managed order. We pay our team per completed task. No supplier ever pays to rank higher.
