A: Yes. Our mission is to help customers, it's welcome if we can help you solve problems & make your designs come true.

3. Q: What is the lead time for sample?
A: Current sample 3-5 days, customized sample 6-15 working days.

4. Q: Shall we pay for samples?
      A: We charge 1.5* bulk production price for finished products, we will return express fee and sample charge once the

           mass order confirmed.

5. Q: What express do you often use to send the samples?
A: We usually arrange DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx or SF for samples, and 3-7 days to receive.

6. Q: What's your acceptable payment term?
