3D Wall Brick Production Line

Brief introduction

3 D wall pannel/wall brick production line comprises of three main parts: lamination unit, mould press unit and adhesive glue coating unit.

XPE foam→coated with one layer of plastics film on surface at extrusion lamination unit→ sliited into two required width→ mould press embossing unit to be reheated and pressured with brick pattern or customized pattern on the laminated surface→backed with adhensiveness and release paper on the other side at the adhesive glue coating unit→the rolls are cutted into sheets as per requirment.

The 3D production lne can also be used for producing baby play mat.

Features of 3D wall pannel/wall brick:

1. Environment friendly, and harmless to human health;

2. Dust proof and water proof, damp proof and mould proof.

3. Easy installation, DIY friendly.

4. Health insulation, anti-collision, protecting children and senior citizens from crashing injury.
