ALUMINUM SLAT 55MM*0.30MM
Rolling shutter slats are made of aluminum and filled with a very dense ecologic foam for added strength and superior insulation value. The standard 39mm slat is our most commonly used slat.
* Injected with an ecologic foam for insulation and rigidity
* Roll-formed aluminum slat
* Powder coated finish for longevity
* 4 standard colors 2 special order
* Used on applications up to 16 feet wide
* Slats interlock together to prevent separation under load.
Main Functions
We choose excellent aluminum to make slats with better toughness, wind resistance and non-deformation. Imported high-density polyurethane foaming material enjoys advanced performance of heat insulation and sound insulation. The slat is covered with polyester. It is coated and dried twice. It is not easy to fade and can resist strong wind.
