Pellet carbon , which is the first main product of our company . We can be supplied from the range of 0.9mm till 9.0mm in diameter according to clients’ requirement . This kind of carbon is made of high standard Taixi anthracite , processed through grinding , mixture , extrusion , carbonization and steam activation and so on . Due to the high mechanical hardness , highly developed pore structure and huge specific surface area , it can be widely used in both of gas-phase and fluid-phase purification and adsorption , and also as catalyst carrier , poison and security protection . 

Main Usage 

1. 1.The high adsorption carbons mainly used for air purification , solvent recovery  and high purity gas treatment . And we can manufacture carbon for oil-gas recovery of vehicle with ASTM BWC 9.0-14.0 .
2. 2.The super low ash content carbons are mainly used in drinking water treatment , the purification of highly purified gases , in food processing and pharmaceutical industries ;

Bituminous activated carbon 

Bituminous activated carbon is the specific carbon which is different with pellet series, and it takes soft coal as raw material . This kind of activated carbon is produced by scientific formulation of several types appropriate coal , grinding into powder , non-bondable extrusion , carbonization and steam activation . The main characteristics manifested in highly developed macropore and mesopore structure and low floating rate , which are the best choice for the decolorized usage of fluid –phase and water treatment and so on .       

Powder   Activated Carbon 

Powder activated carbon , which is grinded into suitable powder size with qualified activated carbon , is the third main products of our company . Because of its powder state , better diffusivity , it can full touch to the rection material . Meantime , it is applying to disposable recovery treatment of filling water and industrial waste water with its high efficient adsorption , moreover , also used for refining and decolorization of liquid . This kind of carbon is used in ORVR system , with its petrol steam adsorption value ranges GWC 35-50g/L and organic combination of high adsorption capacity and high desorption performance . In recent years , our company aims at developing the deeply purify craft of domestic drinking water and property of water quality . The main technological properties as follows :

Low ash content 

Having this property is mainly due to choose “ Taixi” anthracite as raw material of coal based activated carbon , and it’s the foundation   that makes Ningxia activated carbon live off . It possible to make activated carbon applied in purification water rejuvenate more times . 

High hardness 

The main purpose of carboninzation is to raise hardness of finished material and to separate out the light fraction from molding material and to form into primary pore organization , also to provide channel of further reaction for activation craft . In the meantime , to activate the semi finished carbonized material with high hardness , thus it ensures the high hardness of finished products .

Low floating rate 

Through manufacturing craft of milling into powder , mixture and extuding , we achieve the homogenization of raw coal , break the different property of microcrystalline structure when raw coal is in natural mineralization . Then through stairs-shaped preoxidation carbonization craft , we get the excellent semi-finished products with high hardness , and thus ensured the stability of finished products and decrease the floating rate as well . This property meets the requirement on floating rate of activated carbon for water purification , and it depends on manufacturing craft of Ningxia activated carbon .
