DESCRIPTION

ASD-2 is a non lead gas superplasticizer basedon aliphatic, which is non chlorine salt, non corrosive, brown red liquid, whichhas been formulated to comply with the requirements of GB8076-2008, GB8077-2000inChina.ASD-2 is compatible with the requirements of EN934-2 (Table 3.1 and 3.2) andASTM C 494 for Type F high range water reducing admixtures. ASD-2 is accordantwith all cements meeting recognized international standards.

1. Compared with naphthalene superplasticizer,the product has a significantly reduced water dispersion effect, the dosage1%-3% of cement usage amount has 15%-30% water reducing rate. The product canimprove the fluidity of cement paste in the case of low water cement ratio.

4. In the same condition of originalstrength of the concrete and same slump, the product can save cement usageamount about 20%.

5. The product does not lead gas, has noeffect on the setting time of concrete, has a wide range of adaptability on variouscement, improve the strength, compaction, waterproof, wear resistance ofconcrete.

1. The product has a wide range ofadaptability to various cement, the product widely used in highly flowableconcrete, high strength concrete, high performance concrete, highimpermeability concrete, ready-mixed concrete, self compacting concrete, massconcrete, pumped concrete, wet sprayed concrete, prestressed reinforcedconcrete.

2. The product is suitable for preparationof C80 concrete, and all kinds of industrial and civil construction, waterconservancy, transportation, port, municipal and other projects.

APPLICATIONGUIDELINE

1. Dosage: recommended ASD-2 dosage rangeis 1.5%-2.5% of cement usage amount. Commonly dosage range is 1.8%-2.0% ofcement usage amount. Dosage according to the quality of the cement and cementgrade, the lower cement grade needs more ASD-2 dosage. The proportion of commonused in the combination of naphthalene superplasticizer is 3:7 or 5:5.

2. Trial concrete mixes must be carried outto determine the appropriate usage to meet concrete mix design requirement. Theuse of excess amount also can improve the concrete workability, but it willaffect the setting time of concrete. When replacing cement brand, it need test concreteto adjust ASD-2 dosage for mix design requirement.

3. The product can be first dissolved inwater as admixture to use. The product can be used directly into mixingconcrete with water. The concrete mix time need more 30 seconds. The productcan be joined delaying the mixing water 15-20 seconds in the mixing process; theeffect of concrete is remarkable.

4. In the construction process, immediatelycover and water the concrete after the concrete setting, prevent the concretesurface cracking or freezing in winter.

PACKAGING ANDSTORAGE

1. The product is supplied in 200kg plasticdrum or 1000kg IBC barrel. Packaging size may vary subject to meet customerrequirements，but it needpre-order.

2. The product should be stored in warehouse, avoidingexposure. The stacking height is not more than 2 layers. The barrel requires aseal to prevent liquid from overflowing or evaporating.

3. The shelf life is a half year. If the product is overdue,it can be used after testing qualify.

2. Forbidden to eat, once eating theproduct by mistake, please drink plenty of water and push him vomit, go to seedoctors.
