SEVEN brand anodic aluminum composite panel is laminated with anodized aluminum coil at high temperature. Anodic oxidation aluminum coil is the aluminum coil placed in the corresponding electrolyte (such as sulfuric acid, chromic acid, oxalic acid, etc.) as an anode, under specific conditions and applied current, electrolysis. A thin layer of alumina is formed on the surface of anodic aluminum. The thickness is 5-20 microns and the hard anodic oxide film can reach 60-200 microns.
Performance characteristics:
1. Good weather resistance: it can be exposed to sunlight for a long time without changing color.
2. Strong Metallic Sense: Anodized aluminum plate has high surface hardness, up to gem grade, good scratch resistance, no surface paint cover, retain the metal color of aluminum plate, highlight modern metal sensation, and improve product grade and added value.
3. High fire resistance: pure metal products, no paint and any chemical substances on the surface, 600 degrees high temperature does not burn, do not produce toxic gases, meet the requirements of fire protection and environmental protection.
4. Strong resistance to dirt: no fingerprints, no stain marks, easy to clean, no corrosion spots.
5. The adhesive polymer film with 0.05 mm thickness and 60% content of polymer material possesses ultra-high peeling strength.
