It is made from Ningxia Taixi anthracite as raw material, after fine washing, selection, in 1250℃ high temperature conditions dry distillation to reduce volatilization, increase fixed carbon content, density and strength, improve oxidation resistance. Anthracite based carbon additive.

Carbon additive enhancers

In the smelting process, due to improper ingredients or loading and excessive decarbonization and other reasons, sometimes the carbon content in steel does not meet the requirements of the peak period, at this time to the molten steel to increase carbon.

The commonly used carbon additive agents are carbon additive pig iron, electrode powder, petroleum coke powder, charcoal powder and coke powder.
