Introduction to the product
MWF-TAB antimicrobial sustained release tablets are solid tablets with DBNPA as the main ingredient. Based on the long-lasting controlled release technology (CRT), the product can slowly release the active bactericidal substance under the conditions of use to achieve fast, continuous and efficient microbial control, which can maximize the service life of metalworking fluids and simplify the microbial treatment process of metalworking fluids.

Method of use
Each tablet (100g) can treatment 200L of metalworking fluid for 3-4 weeks.
Each tablet (20g) can treatment 50L of metalworking fluid for 3-4 weeks.
Choose the corresponding pieces of “tablets” according to the actual volume of metal cutting fluid, put them in mesh bags and hang them at an appropriate position in the system. It is usually effective for three to four weeks, and it can be renewed after complete dissolution.
Packaging and storage
It is packed use HEPE drum , 1Kg as 20g/tablets, 5Kg as 20g/tablets and Each tablet is individually packaged in a water-soluble bag.
It shall be stored in a ventilated and dry place below 40℃. It has a shelf life of 24 months under the required storage conditions.
