Countleader DM 100 Cell Counter
The Countleader® DM 100 uses a uniquely designed DM1-cartridge with two fluorescent dyes (AO and DAPI) built into the DM1-cartridge, eliminating the need for additional cell staining and reducing human impact during manipulation. The DM1-cartridge cartridge is closely monitored and calibrated at the factory, so cell volumes are highly consistent each time they are measured, ensuring accurate analysis results.
DM1-cartridge is pre-coated with AO and DAPI dyes. AO can penetrate the whole cell membrane and be excited by the blue light source to produce green fluorescence signal and obtain the total cell concentration. DAPI can only penetrate the already permeable dead cell membrane, and after being infected with DNA, it is excited by UV light source to produce blue fluorescence signal and obtain the concentration of dead cells.
Fast, <60 seconds
Insert the DM1-cartridge after sampling into the slot of the machine card, press the "run" button, and the machine will automatically select and switch the light source to stimulate the stained cell sample, and information such as total cell concentration, dead cell concentration, live cell concentration, cell diameter, and cell agglomeration can be obtained in 55 seconds.
