Rotary tunnel kiln introduction
Energy-saving and environmentally friendly assembly rotary tunnel kiln integrates automation, digitization, humanization and systematization, with low investment, high output, less labor, energy saving and emission reduction, but it is a model of brick kilns in China today. It is mainly composed of automatic walking kiln, circular track, circular power supply system, circular billet transport system, automatic coal blending, water distribution, strip cutting, billet cutting, roasting system and other ancillary facilities. The furnace has the following advantages:
1. The investment is small, and the total investment can save more than 50% compared with the tunnel kiln with the same section.
2. It has good energy-saving effect, adopts special high temperature resistant heat insulation materials, and makes full use of heat energy to reduce heat loss.
3. Adopt mechanization, digitization and intelligent operation, less labor, low labor cost and good working environment. Using intelligent roasting system, the kiln furnace partition temperature is uniform, the quality of the finished brick is good, and the fired brick has no overfire brick and underfire brick.
4. The kiln steel structure is compact, the internal insulation materials are of light quality, reasonable structure, scientific design, less maintenance and low maintenance cost.
5. The construction period is short, and it takes less than three months to go from construction to production.
