3in1 shuttlecock has 3 parts, cork+modified nylon +natural feather. The modified nylon is made by mould under the control of the computer. The  distance and angle of each feather is the same, so the stability of the shuttlecock is very good. 

And how about the durability? When  the racket hit the shuttlecock, the impact is very strong, if it is traditional shuttlecock, the string loop easy to cracked and break, but 3in1 shuttlecock, the modified nylon can absorb some impact, the impact on the feather can be greatly reduced, the feather’s life become longer. So the durability of 3in1 shuttlecock is much higher than traditional ones. 

Another advantage, let’s open the tube, no peculiar smell, we use special green glue it’s harmless to humans.
