Q1:What are the guarantees of goods?
A1: a) The life would be minimum 50000--60000km, or two years.
b) In case of any detects of our production or engineering, after approved by the technical department of DEER, we will replace the goods or refund the money of the defected goods. DEER will not be liable for any other kinds compensation, such as from the third party or other labor costs.
Q2: How about your Brand and Packaging?
A2: We can offer three different business solution:
a) DEER brand, DEER code and DEER packing;
b) Customer’s brand, code and packing. For the customer’s packing, we have to ask for the reasonable quantity and charge the additional costs.
c) Neutral/Industrial Packing
Q3: Where can I find your catalogues?
A3: We hand updated the web site. Our customer can check the catalogue on our web sitewww.autodeer.com, or you can contact us directly ask for our catalogues.
Q4: What about the bearings you used?
A4: Most of our tensioner are used the Chinese bearings. We can also use the Japanese bearing, however the costs of the bearings are very expensive. We suggest you to use the Chinese bearings, all these bearings are well controlled for the auto application. The grease is ESSO N3 or, Korean grease TP3200.
Q5: How about your price?
A5: We would offer our best price subject to the detailed inquiry. For the reasonable big quantity, we would always offer the lowest price.
Q6: How about your delivery?
A6: The general delivery time is about 45 to 65 days after the order confirmation. This delivery date is the on board time in China, not the arrival time. We are also trying to supply our customers from our stocks. Most of our stocks are the spare part, we are not able to give an exact stock list. We need to check the delivery date according to the quantity and our production plan.
Q7: What's your price term?
A7: The payment term is L/C sight or T/T in advance. The normal term is TT 30% against the order and TT 70% before the shipment date.
Q8: What about your Main Market and Customers?
A8: We are supplying the different countries in European and American markets, such as Germany, Italy, UK and also other east European countries. We cannot give the name of our customers, because most of our customers request us to protect this information, we have respect to our agreement.
