Product Overview (BioFilter-1000)The BioFilter-1000 zero-electricity, maintenance-free domestic sewage treatment equipment features two innovative designs: "nano-network fibrous porous filler" and "unique aerodynamic design." While ensuring stable and compliant effluent quality, the treatment process requires no electricity and no professional commissioning or maintenance before use. It truly achieves "household-style" minimalist operation for wastewater treatment equipment.
Product IntroductionThe design of the non-powered, maintenance-free purification tank is based on the biofilm method. Raw sewage first enters a septic tank, where suspended solids, grease, and organic solids are separated and decomposed. The wastewater then flows into the purification tank. The purification tank utilizes two major technological innovations: "nano-network fibrous porous filler integrating multiple biomass types" and "unique aerodynamic design." Without the need for electricity, the tank simultaneously provides two-stage aerobic treatment and three-stage filtration treatment, alternately carrying out multi-stage anaerobic, anoxic, and aerobic (A²O) reactions. The purified wastewater meets discharge standards.
