General description
DG type pumps are horizontal multistate centrifugal pumps，mainly for boiler feed water supply, to transfer water with impurity content less than 1% and solid size less than 0.1mm, or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to pure water.
Normally DG pumps are divided into three types according to the liquid temperature and pump head, details are as the following:
- 1. Middle and low pressure boiler feed pump, for transferring pure water with temperature less than 105℃，normally for smaller boiler water supply or hot water supply.

Material：same as normal centrifugal pumps.
- 2. Sub high pressure boiler feed pump, for transferring pure water with temperature less than 160℃，normally for smaller boiler water supply or hot water supply.

Head：390~1050m Suction diameter：65~200mm
Material：material of suction, mid-section and discharge section are normally of cast steel 230-450.
- 3. High pressure boiler feed pump, for transferring pure water with temperature up to 170℃，normally for big boiler water supply or hot water supply.
Performance range
Q：120~1100m3/h
Head：967~2500m
Material, suction and discharge section,diffuser,impeller normal are of cast steel 270-500 or Chrome steel alloy.Mid-section are normally of stainless steel,1Cr13Ni. Shaft, seal ring, guide bush are normally of industrial quality chrome vanadium steel or Chrome steel alloy.
