Production  Description： 

  Buckwheat flowers emit a pleasant aroma which is attractive for bees, which create from buckwheat nectar an unusual dark honey. It has a sharp spicy flavor with a bitter tinge. This kind of honey is characterized by the smell of wood and clay. It leaves a slight sore in throat when swallowed. Try it with dessert wines. Pour them mascarpone cheese or pancakes. It can be used for cooking poultry, fois gras, pork, in sauces, it is also a key ingredient for baking a gingerbread.
