BXY-2700 Plastic thermoforming machine

Feature:

1.This machine has the function of absorbing, pressing and blowing, and each function can be operated independently.

2.Hydraulic pumping station can control board lift, is stronger and more stable than cylinder lift. The result is better and the sample is more accurate when using the press function.

3.Push and pull can be mobile heating box, change the traditional press working mode, so that the heating molding is completed in the same position.

4.The working platform adopts all-steel heat treatment structure, which is resistant to high temperature, aging and deformation, and can guarantee long-term use of the equipment.

5. The moving plate around with rack and pinion ,so that the moving plate more stable.

6. Intelligent temperature control, heating box use the shaped reflector and thickened insulation layer, heating fast and with good insulation and safety performance.

7.Customized heaters from factory which can run 24hours continuously, service life up to 8000-10000 hours, the working temperature difference is±5 degrees, which can ensure even softening temperature of plate.
