GGD type AC low voltage distribution cabinet is suitable for AC 50Hz, rated working voltage 380V, rated working current 1000-3150A power distribution system of substation, power plant, factory and mining enterprises and other power users, as power, lighting and power distribution equipment for power conversion, distribution and control.
GGD type AC low-voltage distribution cabinet is a new type of low-voltage distribution cabinet designed according to the requirements of the Ministry of Energy, the majority of power users and the design department, and in accordance with the principles of safety, economy, rationality and reliability. The product has the features of high breaking capacity, good dynamic and thermal stability, flexible electrical scheme, convenient combination, series, strong practicality, novel structure and high protection level. It can be used as the replacement product of low-voltage switchgear.

Structural characteristics
(1) The cabinet of GGD type AC low voltage distribution cabinet adopts the form of universal cabinet, the frame is assembled with 8MF cold-formed steel partially welded and there are mounting holes of 20 molds, which has a high coefficient of universality.
(2) GGD cabinet gives full consideration to heat dissipation. There are different numbers of cooling slots at the upper and lower ends of the cabinet, when the electrical components inside the cabinet heat up, the heat rises and is discharged through the upper slots, while the cold air is constantly supplemented by the lower slots into the cabinet, so that the sealed cabinet forms a natural ventilation channel from bottom to top to achieve the purpose of heat dissipation.
(3) GGD cabinet according to the requirements of modern industrial product design, using the golden ratio of the method of designing the cabinet shape and each part of the partition size, so that the cabinet is beautiful and elegant, a new look.

Working conditions:
(1) The altitude does not exceed 2000 meters.
(2) Surrounding air temperature is not higher than +40℃, and the average temperature in 24h is not higher than +35℃, and the surrounding air temperature is not lower than -5℃.
(3) Atmospheric conditions: clean air, relative humidity not exceeding 50% at a temperature of +40℃, higher relative humidity allowed at lower temperatures, e.g. 90% at +20℃.
(4) There is no fire, explosion danger, serious filth, chemical corrosion and violent vibration of the place.
(5) When installed, it is inclined no more than 5° from the vertical.
(6) This product is suitable for transportation and storage at the following temperatures: -25℃ - +55℃. In a short period of time (not more than 24 hours) does not exceed +65 ℃.
