5. Operation & Maintenance Guidelines
- Check the lubricating oil level before operation to ensure the oil pressure is ≥0.3 bar(g). Never run the unit without oil or under low oil pressure.
- Strictly prohibit reverse rotation of the main unit, and do not operate at speeds below 700 rpm or above 1100 rpm.
- Regularly inspect the air filter and lubricating oil status, and replace the lubricating oil periodically according to working conditions to extend the service life of the equipment.
- If the equipment operates continuously, reserve shutdown and cooling intervals as required to avoid affecting the service life due to long-term high-temperature operation.
6. Precautions
- This unit is only used as an air compressor main unit, and needs to be equipped with a cooling system, air storage tank and filter device to form a complete air compressor system.
- Ensure the equipment is horizontally fixed during installation to avoid component loosening or damage caused by vibration during operation.
