This semi-automatic radiator tank clinching machine, also called as radiator tank crimping machine or water chamber assembling machine, is our state-of-the-art design for clinching plastic tank with header plate of radiator.
This machine has two working stations. After finishing clinching long edge of tank on the main station, workpiece should be manually moved to the auxiliary station for clinching the short edge.
This machine processes high automation, suitable for most type of existing water tanks.
Main features
-- PLC control, HMI operation, servo driven, automatic clinching
--Automatic leaving gap for tank mouth, idle stroke quick moving, suitable for various plastic tank clinching.
-- PLC control, technological parameters can be preset and displayed on HMI.
-- Quick and easy changing clinching tool for other size tanks
-- Many units radiator tank parameters can be saved and recalled.
-- Both auto and manual control methods available. Auto method is for working, and manual method is for sampling & testing.
-- Safety measures: alarming lamp, actions interlock, safety grating ruler
