The rotary kiln drives the barrel to rotate through the transmission device and keeps in the high-temperature heating state, meeting the heat exchange requirements of each stage of clinker formation process, the requirements of different mineral formation on heat, temperature, time and physical and chemical reactions. The kiln body is composed of refractory brick, castable and special cylinder made of steel plate. It can be used in building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, environmental protection industry, calcining cement, active lime, etc., oxidizing roasting of nickel, iron, lithium, chromium and other non-ferrous minerals, smelting of gold and copper ores, calcining calcium carbonate, titanium dioxide, magnesium oxide, zinc oxide, coal to oil, coal clean distillation, high efficiency cleaning and quality improvement of coal, oil sand oil shale extraction, solid waste, hazardous waste, sludge disposal, etc.
Main features
It is used in chemical industry. According to the different kiln types, it has a variety of sealing forms for selection. Cylinder compression end face seal, spring compression end face seal, heavy hammer graphite block seal, spring graphite block seal, fish scale labyrinth seal, axial labyrinth seal and combination seal of the above forms. It has advanced structure, strong adaptability to cylinder movement and swing, and good sealing effect.
