Capped solid composite decking is to add a protective shell composed of polymer to the outer layer of traditional wood plastic decking. The PE outer shell can better prevent mildew, so that the material of the inner layer can’t be exposed to water. They are especially suitable for relatively wet environments such as docks and swimming pools.
21mm x 150 mm capped solid composite decking is different from solid wood. The outer shell is 100% plastic polymer, without any wood fiber. After installation, they require little maintenance, are very durable and easy to clean. This model is designed to be flat on both sides. The board surface can be treated with various wood grains and colors. It has a similar appearance to the solid wood flooring. The weight of the profile is 3.66kg/m.
Our special coextrusion technology can make wood and polyethylene polymer to blend well together to form a solid decking profile. The decking we produce are all made of recycled materials. Wood comes from lumber mill waste, and plastic comes from detergent bottles such as shower gel bottles. The use of recycled materials can prevent deforestation and incineration of recycled materials from polluting the environment.
