Model CXWAW-1000S universal testing machine is designed of PC control electro-hydraulic servo valve loading system, main engine controller separately fixed. It has the characteristics of operation amenity, working steady, high accuracy and loading steady. It can implement the experimentations such as the tensile, compression, bending, cutting etc. to the metal, nonmetallic composite materials.
The main engine consists of an adjustable support (base, screw thread pole, moveable crossbeam (lower clamp set)) and a working frame (working oil tank, piston, platform, support crossbeam (upper clamp set)). Element of the machine: high-pressure oil pump supply oil to the working oil tank, the piston moves and press board and upper crossbeam to do stretch and press test. The stretch test is done in the space between upper crossbeam and movable crossbeam. The life motor, gear, chain drive rotates at a same speed to move the crossbeam.
It is electro-hydraulic universal material testing and analysis system, has the functions of test the collected data, automatic analysis, print report and curve. Applicable to stretch, compress metal, compress cement, and concrete nonmetal materials tests.
It is a ideal testing system for industrial and mining business, commerce arbitration institution, scientific research institution, colleges, construction project quality control institution and so on.
Characteristics:
- 1. Adopts four-column frame structure and six-column frame structure with lower cylinder, good rigidity and stable structure.
- 2. Adopts hydraulic automatic clamping

- 7. The double-nut reverse clearance elimination structure is adopted to solve the problem of crack enlargement of parts caused by wear and tear of nuts during long-term operation. The loading rate is guaranteed, which is much higher than the standard of GB228.
- 8. The networked measurement and control system has the functions of gain adjustment and zero fullness to ensure the smooth operation and accurate measurement of the machine.
- 9. Can realize constant rate force control, constant rate stress control, constant rate strain control, constant rate stroke control, low cycle fatigue control and user self-programming control, etc.
- 10. Can make curves like: force-deformation, force-displacement, stress-strain, force-time, etc
11. Adopts imported product for hydraulic system, for example imported Siemens motor and imported radial plunger pump, makes higher precision, lower noise, better durability, enhance the machine stability.
- 12. The computer and electro-hydraulic servo system are used to control loading and fully automatic control. According to the preset stress rate and curve form, the test can be completed independently, and the load, speed, time and test curve can be displayed dynamically. All the tests can be completed by setting only one parameter.
- 13. Equipped with the current advanced industrial embedded tablet computer, The withstandable voltage range is 85-250V, and the anti-interference performance is stronger.
- 14. With Windows software, can automatically get the elastic modulus E, upper yield strength ReH, lower yield strength ReL, stipulated non-proportional extension strength Rt, yield point elongation, etc
15. Automatic data acquisition and processing by computer and synchronous screen display of test data and curve are adopted. The experimental curves can be enlarged locally and compared by superposition of multiple curves. It has the functions of disk storage, printing test results and test curves of test results, report processing of batch test results, database management, etc. It also has network interface, LAN networking function and seamless remote data connection function.
