Machines and Equipment for a Concrete Pipe Production Line

1, Concrete Pipe Forming Machine:

Horizontal Type: (diameter: 300 to 2400mm; length:1000 to 5000mm)

Widely used in municipal drainage, farmland irrigation, highway culverts, deep wells, etc.

Advantages: Can be used for longer or larger diameter pipes. Such as 3-4 meters long. It can be 2.3 meters in diameter. Can add reinforcement. And a host can do tubes of different lengths. Disadvantages: Can not be demolded immediately. Needs more than half a day of maintenance. All the tubes of each size need to be equipped with the corresponding number of molds according to the production capacity.

Vertical Type: (diameter: 150/200 to 1000mm; length: 500 to 1000 mm)

The working principle is: the extrusion method is used to form the concrete in the mold tube. Mainly used for urban community development, township and rural construction drainage and small bridge use, its shortcomings are low bearing capacity and low strength.

Advantages: It can be demolded immediately, and only one set of mold is needed for each size. Less investment.

Disadvantages: Can only be used for tubes with a diameter of 200-1000mm and a length of 1000mm. No reinforcement can be added.
