1.Engraving, drilling, cutting, edge guide, milling and so on are in one operation.The four processes switch heads, and the tool changing process is uninterrupted, realizing automation.

3.The machine adopts HQD 4.5KW/6KW air-cooled spindle, full servo drive system. Original electrical components with stable performance.
4.The table top is vacuum adsorption, which can strongly absorb materials of different areas. The processing of small plates has no displacement. It confirms the processing surface smooth and accurate plate size .
5.Automatic electric oiling system can be set according to the time. It ensures the lubrication of the sliders, screw and rails, so that extend the service life.
6.Taiwan high-precision square rail is high precision, long service life, large contact surface and strong load-bearing capacity. The vertical rail technology can ensure the operation stability.
7.The integral cast iron side plate is tempered at high temperature to prevent the deformation of side plate from affecting the travel accuracy of Y axis.
