APPLICATION GUIDELINE

1. Disperse dyes or vat dyes of particlefineness processing, the dispersing agent and the dye can be added to thegrinding machine and the sand mill together. The dosage of the dispersant is0.5-3 times of vat dyes or 1.5-2 times of the disperse dyes

2. Pigment pad dyeing：Add dispersant 3-5 g / L in thedyeing bath; add dispersant 15-20 g / L in reducing bath; Leuco acid method:General dispersant dosage is 2-3 g / L.

3. High temperature dyeing of polyestergenerally can be added to 0.5-1.5 g / L dispersant in the dye bath;

4. Ice dyeing：Add dispersant 2-5 g / L in sodium salt solution bath for base; add dispersant0.5-2 g / L in the diazonium salt solution bath for color;

PACKAGING AND STORAGE

1. The product is supplied in 25 kg.Plastic woven bag with lined thick plastic bags is two layer, sturdy andwaterproof. Packaging size may vary subject to meet customer requirements，but it need pre-order.

2. The product should be stored in dry warehouse, damp proof.If the powder becomes lumps because of moisture, it still can be used after smashing，the effect is same. The shelf lifeis 1 years. If the product is overdue, it can be used after testing qualify.
