I. Selection and Principle of Denitrification Methods.
Selective Catalyst Reduction (SCR) technology is an efficient and stable flue gas denitrification technology.
SCR technology involves adding a reducing agent (the most commonly used ones being ammonia water and urea) to the flue gas. Under certain conditions, the reducing agent reacts with nitrogen oxides (NOx) in the flue gas to generate harmless nitrogen and water.
Among them, the Scr denitration methods are currently divided into three types: low temperature, medium temperature, and high temperature (arranged according to different requirements, such as space, working conditions, and temperature) :
The low-temperature layout selection range is 165℃-400℃. It is often placed before the chimney inlet. If the temperature is relatively low, it can also be arranged in the flue before the flue gas enters one of the heat exchange devices. Moreover, the placement point has a lower temperature, is dust-free, and has low sulfur content. Generally, its service life is better than that of medium and high temperatures - because there are no conditions for deactivation.
The medium-temperature layout selection range is 300℃-510℃, which is usually placed behind the turbine of the internal combustion engine. This temperature range can basically meet the temperature range requirements of imported brand gas units, except for some special cases where gas is burned.
High-temperature layout selection range: 300℃-620℃. As one of the most active types, it is often used at the tail end of domestic gas engines.
