From the supplier
Electrially calcined anthracite is made of Ningxia Taixi coal as raw material, selected and processed. It is semi-graphitized by 1350KVA electric forging furnace to isolate the air, continuous high temperature calcination at 1800-2400 degrees Celsius. Product features: high degree of graphitization, good thermal stability, low ash content, and high specific gravity.
Our company's factory is located in Pingluo County, Shizuishan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. It is the world-famous "Taixi Coal" production area. Taixi Coal is known as the king of coal, and has the excellent characteristics of three lows and six highs: low sulfur, low phosphorus, low Ash, high chemical activity, high mechanical strength, high calorific value, high conductivity, high fixed carbon, high recovery rate of clean coal. Taixi coal is also an excellent raw material for the production of carbon, carburant, activated carbon, and silicon carbide, as well as a high-quality raw material for chemical fertilizer gasification and water purification filters.
Application field:
1.Mainly used in the production of carbon paste electrodes and cathode blocks in the aluminum industry
2.Used to make pre-baked electrodes, Soderberg and tamping paste
3. Due to its high purity and high consistency, it is also an excellent smelting additive.
Worldwide, the main applications of ECA are the manufacture of electrodes, electrode paste, and the production of steel and aluminum. In general, ECA can be used wherever CA is used. When choosing between CA and ECA, a crucial consideration is the environment-the use of gas stoves to produce conventional CA will produce large amounts of greenhouse gases on site. On the other hand, if the supply comes from an appropriate source, ECA can be produced using "clean" or renewable energy.
