Product structure features:
1. Upper flange: Standardized drive device flange, in accordance with ISO5211.
2. Valve body: Made of ductile iron and other applicable materials.
3. Valve Plate: The streamlined valve plate effectively reduces pressure loss and flow loss. The edges of the valve plate are processed with spherical surfaces and polished by hand, featuring low operating torque, long service life of the valve seat, and excellent sealing performance. Various materials can be selected based on the medium.
4. Rubber valve seat: An integrated valve seat, suitable for various working conditions. It has an extremely low torque value. The rubber surfaces at both ends of the valve and the flange joint surface are relatively wide. During installation, there is no need for the special flange for the compression butterfly valve. The rubber valve seat is bonded to the valve body body, which is more suitable for pipelines with higher vacuum levels. It avoids the movement and deformation of the valve seat due to the negative pressure of the pipeline vacuum.
5. Valve stem: Center-type integral valve stem design, providing bidirectional sealing with no leakage, and allowing for installation without any flow direction restrictions.
6. Sleeve: Copper alloy. It is more wear-resistant and effectively reduces torque.
7. "O" Ring: NBR diene block rubber, effectively dust-proof and leak-proof.
8. Pin: Conical pin. It can effectively transmit torque and ensure a tight seal without any leakage.
