Description: colorless, odorless oily liquid, the boiling point of 343 ℃ (0.101 MPa), flash point (cup) 204 ℃, freezing point - 80 ℃, volatile speed is 0.000009 g/cm2, h. (105 ℃), hydrolysis rate of 0.1% (100 ℃, 6 hours), soluble in most organic solvents, insoluble in water. With polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene, vinyl chloride - vinyl acetate copolymer, nitrocellulose, ethyl cellulose stem, polyvinyl butyral resin compatibility, etc. Compatible with cellulose acetate, cellulose acetate butyrate. The product cold resistance and light fastness and tributyl citrate esters are similar, but has a better water resistance. Non-toxic, LD50 = 4000 mg/kg.
Application: this product is a non-toxic plasticizer, can be used for polyvinyl chloride (PVC), cellulose resin and synthetic rubber plasticizer. Used in nontoxic PVC granulation, food packaging containers, children's toys products, medical products, film, sheet, cellulose coating, etc. Products. Also can be used as a stabilizer of polyvinylidene chloride, etc.
