DERMAX EPOXY ADHESIVE suitable for a back bonding or dry fixing of stone, ceramic, artificial stone. Two parts, light color, non-sagging, non-yellowing, anti-aging performance, and cured completely non-corrosive.
Main composition
Epoxy Resin, Organic Modified Amine, Quartz Powder
Direction For Use:
Bonding surface should be clean and rough,
Mix part A and part B with ratio 1:1 (by weight) thoroughly
Curing time (25℃) 3 hours reach initial working strength, total cured 24hours later
Application:
Bonding concert, metal anchor with stones (marble, granite and quartz, etc)
Bonding micro crystal stone, glass, ceramics,
Setting metal threaded rod, through bolt etc
Attention:
Do not return the excess to the original container
Heat the tiles to 50℃ to 60℃ if temperature below 5 degree
Clean the tool with acetone if necessary
The epoxy adhesive only cures when two parts mix thoroughly
Don’t move before completely cured
