DERMAX Epoxy Surface Adhesive is two-component liquid water clear color adhesive, free of solvent, low density and good flowing, used to repair and fill to the micro cracks, holes, blisters, widely used for improving the surface quality and the yield of the stone.
Characteristics:
Good transparency, water clear color, non-yellowing, suitable for light-colored stone.
Fast curing, strong adhesion;
Oil resistance, water resistance, chemical resistance, abrasion resistance;
High hardness, excellent grinding and polishing.
Directions For Use
Bonding surface should be clean and rough,
Preheat stone surface can be improved permeability, curing speed, can improve the mechanical properties of the cured product;
Mix the epoxy adhesive with requested ratio thoroughly, if want to change the color of epoxy glue, can add the color pigment.
A mixture of the working time of 10-20 minutes (25℃), with a fine tooth scraper scratch or wool brush brushing. For a large area of the cracks and strong absorbent surface should be carried out repeated operation; hairline cracks should be carried out from the scraping glue, the glue many infiltrations.
The treated surface can be polished 24 hours later with temperature (25℃).
Tools can be cleansed by dilution or cleaning agent
High temperature can accelerates the curing process and cold delays it.
Attention:
Please wear the gloves during operation
Keep the surface clean, rough and dry before application,
The temperature for operation should not below 5℃, proper heating in winter can speed up the process of curing time and enhance the bonding strength,
The adhesive should be not mixed in excessive amount and operation should be finished within the working time.
The products should be used immediately after mixing, please ensure the correct mixing ratio and adequate mixing evenly, in order to obtain good mechanical and chemical properties,
Alcohol or acetone can clean the adhesive at the boundary of the joint places,
Please stop using the adhesive in case excessive viscosity or gelling,
