1. The Outside Fabric of Garden Hose
The Material of Outside Fabric is Polyester. There are several types amony this woven fabric. The appearances are similar. For our factory, the worse types, we did not produce anymore. There are two types in our company, one is 300D*600D, another is
400D*800D. "D" refers to the denisity of yarn. Compared to 300D*600D, The 400D*800D is brighter and stronger.
2. Inner Hose
Normally, there are two materials for inner hose: TPE(TPR, TPS...) and Latex(Double Latex or Triple Latex.
2-1: Pro-TPE
Pro-TPE is studied by our factory.
The quality of TPE is improved.
The quality of our TPE is better the usual TPE in market.
2-2: Double Latex and Triple Latex
Why called it as double latex or triple latex
Latex actually has more than ten layers,
Double Latex has two colors, and triple latex has three colors.The color does not influence the quality of inner hose
The purity of latex directly influences the quality of inner hose.
