Ultra-sealing: Complies with ISO 15848-1 Class A emission standard, with a leakage rate of ≤ 1×10⁻⁶m³/s. In low-pressure scenarios, it meets GB/T 4213-2008 Class A, ensuring zero leakage for toxic, flammable, and explosive media.
Super-strong Structure: The extended rod is made of high-quality materials such as 2205 duplex steel, with an anti-tensile strength of ≥ 620MPa. The deflection of the rod is ≤ 3mm when the length is ≤ 3 meters. With a control deflection of ≤ L/1000 when the length exceeds 3 meters and with a bracket, it is ≤ 3mm. This prevents the risk of jamming and breakage during operation.
Wide Adaptability: The nominal pressure covers PN1.6 to 42.0MPa, with a temperature range of -29℃ to 425℃ (normal), and up to -253℃ to 800℃ for special materials. The neutral salt spray test is ≥ 1000 hours, enabling it to easily handle extreme conditions.
