Rotary kiln can calcine smaller granular raw materials, and the materials can be evenly calcined, but the thermal efficiency is low, the fly ash rate is high, and the lining life is short.

1. Shaft kiln (tube kiln, Maerz kiln, double-beam kiln, etc.) has high thermal efficiency, excellent product quality after calcination, but complex structure and high construction cost.

Shaft Kiln (Sleeve Kiln, Meltz Kiln, Double Beam Kiln etc.) have high thermal efficiency, good calcination quality, but the structure is too complicated and the construction cost is very high.

The fly ash rate is less than 5%.

1. High thermal efficiency: coal consumption below 140kg per ton of quicklime (6000 kcal coal example).

Thermal efficiency is high. Take the coal of 6000 kilocalorie as an example, the coal consumption is less than 140 KG to produce 1 Ton  quicklime.
