Film Faced Plywood refers to a layer of waterproof membrane covered with high-quality artificial board, which is formed by gluing with phenolic resin glue and bonded by heat and pressure.
Following are the advantages of film faced plywood：
Large format: The large format is 2440 * 1220, 915 * 1830mm, which reduces the number of joints and improves the working efficiency of the supporting mold. No warping, no deformation, no cracking, good water resistance and high turnover. Easy to demold, only 1/7 of steel mold.
Light weight: easier to use in high-rise buildings and bridge construction.
Using times: It can be used more than 12 times under the correct storage and use.
Concrete pouring: The surface of the pouring object is smooth and beautiful, minus the second plastering process of the wall, and the surface decoration can be directly reduced by 30%.
Corrosion resistance: Does not pollute the concrete surface.
Good thermal insulation: It is conducive to winter construction and can be used as a curved flat template.
Good construction performance: nail, saw, drilling and other performance are better than bamboo plywood, small steel plate, can be processed into various shapes according to construction needs.
