Testing
Glass lid testing
Heat test: put the glass lid into oven at 200 °C for 30 minutes, remove immediately
into water at room's temperature, the lid should not be broken or cracked.
Impact resistance test: drop 500g ball from 1.5 meters in free fall to 1/3 radius of the glass lid ,no damage or glass cracks after 3 times.
Pressure test: use 120-grit abrasive paper scraping on the glass lid 15 times, and check after 24 hours,the lid no broken or cracked
Destructive testing: break the glass lid with hammer, the number of particles should be over 50pcs,the biggest grain weight does not exceed 5.25g
The dishwasher test: wash the glass lid 50 times in the dishwasher,there is no yellow or black scratch on the glass lid,without loosing or deformation on the stainless steel rim.
