Geomembrane Film Production Line 

      The production line adopts cast film process, using a variety of resins such as HDPE, LLDPE,LDPE, MDPE, EVA, ECB, TPO resin etc.(New materials and Recycled materials both are available)as raw material to produce geomembrane (waterproof)sheet and geotextile composite sheet.

This production line has multi-purposes: it can produce smooth surface sheet, textured sheet, spraying rough sheet, and also produce textile composite film (one Geotextile with one film, two Geotextiles with one film) .( or according to customer's requirement.

Single layer and multi-layers co-extrusion are available,the thickness of the film can be 0.1-3.0 mm,max width can achieve 9m, and the evenness of the product is very good.The product technical parameters can reach the National standard, the US standard and Urban Construction standard. Therefore, this production line can completely replace the blown film geomembrane line,it also has on-line composite function which is not available for blown film geomembrane line.

The machine can be manufactured according to customer’s requirement. It can be designed into computer automatic control, with vector frequency converter, PLC integrated control, human friendly interface and touch screen displayer.

Geomembrane Applications:

1, Environmental protection, sanitation such as domestic waste landfill, sewage treatment, toxic and hazardous materials disposal field;

2, Water conservancy such as dam rivers and lakes seepage, plugging, reinforcement, seepage and other channels;

3, Construction projects such as building roof garden impermeable, sewage pipe lining, etc .;

4, Lanscape works such artificial lake, pond and so on;

5, Agricultural reservoirs, drinking pools, reservoirs, irrigation system seepage; traffic highways, railways, tunnels and so on.
