Handle-together type desulfurization butterfly valve
The special butterfly valve for desulfurization is a product designed based on the current domestic flue gas desulfurization system. To withstand the corrosion of limestone slurry and gypsum slurry, the valve plate and valve stem are made of special corrosion-resistant alloys, while the valve seat is made of high-mobility rubber to withstand the erosion of a large number of suspended particles in the liquid. Therefore, the product has high wear resistance and high corrosion resistance. As the product is designed according to user requirements, it is targeted and highly reliable. The applicable media include lime slurry, sulfur dioxide, lime slurry slurry, process water, etc., all of which are corrosive media.
Product features of the handle-together type desulfurization butterfly valve
It adopts a central line type structure with non-offset design, featuring significantly low operating torque. When equipped with an electric device, its economic efficiency is remarkable.
2. Well-designed, with a compact structure, easy to install and dismantle, and convenient for maintenance.
3. The structure is equipped with rubber lining. The sealing surface of the butterfly plate is precisely machined to a high degree of smoothness, resulting in a lower friction coefficient with the rubber valve seat, and the service life of the valve is longer.
4. The flow characteristics of the sealing surface of the valve plate are in a linear state, with a relatively low flow resistance coefficient. Therefore, the flow resistance of the valve is small.
5. The molded rubber valve seat designed has excellent balance and support properties, effectively preventing damage to the rubber caused by uneven force distribution. When the valve is fully closed, the rubber is in a good compressed state to ensure zero leakage.
6. The rubber sealing surfaces at both ends of the valve protrude beyond the cast iron flange surface. Therefore, no additional rubber sealing gaskets are required when installing the valve in the pipeline.
7. The operating mechanism of the butterfly valve is highly flexible.
