Ceramic particulate trap DPF (abbreviated as DPF) is a mainstream soot purification filter element at home and abroad in modern times. It is a filter installed in the exhaust system of internal combustion engines. It can intercept and capture particulate matter in the exhaust gas before it is discharged into the atmosphere. When diesel engine exhaust enters the filter body from the inlet, when the exhaust gas passes through the channel wall, the pores on the honeycomb ceramic pore wall are used to intercept and capture the soot particles in the exhaust gas, so as to complete the purification of the soot particles emitted by the exhaust gas, which can reduce the amount generated by the diesel engine. The amount of smoke reaches more than 95%.
After the diesel exhaust purifier has been used for a period of time, when the back pressure reaches or exceeds the equipment pressure, the purification core in the purifier needs to be removed, regenerated by using a high-temperature furnace regeneration device or a blowback regeneration device, and then loaded back into the equipment. Continue to use it (the regeneration device is not included in the product and needs to be purchased separately), or return the carrier to our factory for regeneration.
The exhaust gas purification device of Wanchun ZDF diesel generator set has the characteristics of mature technology, simple process, good soot particulate matter treatment effect, light opacity close to zero, and the purification core adopts embedded flanges, making disassembly and installation more convenient.
