Welding Machine Features:
1.This welder has one single welding head.It's easy to operate.
Operators' actual working needs are full considerate,improve work efficiency and reduce labor intensity.
2. Beside manually load and unload workpieces,the rest are automatic control.
Takt time/Each welding movements are short and high intensity,fully meet the process requirements of workpiece.
3.The welder has two control modes:manual and automatic.
With sound and light alarm, it's easier to operate and maintain the welder. Also have proportional valve and displacement sensors.
4.This welder uses Heron own inverter welding power and transformer.
All pneumatic components use FESTO (Germany ). Main control component PLC is Mitsubishi.
Touch screen is Schneider.Other electrical components use imported brands.So energy consumption has reduced up to 50% , welding quality and stability are improved.
5. Welder has detections in :
Secondary welding current;Transformer temperature detection; Cooling water flow;
Compressed air pressure detect; Workpiece anti-fool design; Electrode wearing detect.
Welder's service life has increased.Long term efficient working is ensured.
6 The working area are sealed up by European standard aluminum frame. A emergency stop has installed in the aluminum frame, so operate is much safer.
