Hicresit's Tissue Machine has the following characteristics:
1. Adopting a new type of low-pressure differential heat pump, it can achieve the same drying effect as other toilet paper machines with lower steam pressure. It can save steam consumption.
2. All core components are processed by imported machining centers in the workshop, such as vacuum rollers, Yankee cylinders, air hoods, frames, rollers, etc;
3. All frames are made of pure stainless steel or carbon steel coated with 304 stainless steel to prevent rusting caused by humid air and reduce maintenance costs;
4. The flow control of the headbox adopts more than 20 small motors for adjustment, and the parameters of the headbox can be adjusted in real time according to the actual situation without interrupting operation;
5. Optimization of the headbox structure can make the distribution of slurry more reasonable; Specially designed flow box turbulence generator for easier maintenance;
6. Unique blanket driving roller design can extend the service life of the blanket;
7. Thanks to the use of large machining centers, the grooves inside the Yankee drying cylinder can ensure a smoother discharge of condensate water;
