Double-car flying saw-as the name implies there are two cutting carts equipped in one production line, they operates as per their own control model and finish the cutting on pipes or open profiles alternately. Because of the using of two independent cutting carts on the same line, it means the job that originally by one cutting cart is replaced by two cutting carts. Duty cycle of one cart equals one time of that of single cart and cutting time is more than one time longer. Due to the extension of cutting time the saw blade life is extended as well as the cut end quality is better than before. In other words if the cutting time and incision quality are remained unchanged the line speed will be improved greatly. Our common choice is that the speed, blade life and cutting quality are improved at the same time to make the line speed and cutting time increased together.
