The LTD6.3, LTD5, LTD3 powered traction hoist adopts the “α” shape wire rope guide system, which is handy in design, simple in structure, light in weight and convenient in maintenance. It is mainly used for medium and low load transportation.

 

The LTD8, LTD10 hoist adopts the "S" sharp wire rope guide system, which has large lifting force and stable operation, which is mainly used for heavy load transportation. Our company is currently one of the few professional suspended platform manufacturers in China that produce "S" structure. LTD3, LTD8 and LTD10 is our company's fist product.

Shenxi is the leading manufacturer of traction hoist in China with 30+ years history.

Use: Traction hoist is the powered unit of the suspended platform.
And now it is widely used for installing elevators ( lift) and service lift for wind turbine tower, such as lift the track and materials, as the powered unit for lifting the elevator installation platform/service lift.

Compared with electric winch/hoist, it has electromagnetic brake. It is safer.

Working principle: The traction hoist Consists of electromagnetic brake motor, centrifugal speed limiter and dual speed reduction system and "α " or  "s "cable-guiding system. The hoist is driven by the electromagnetic brake, three-phase asynchronous motor through the worm gear and a pair of reduced gears. The steel wire rope goes through the rope guiding system to lift the platform or any other load.

Safety Device

We suggest you use hoist together with the safety lock, LSB30 or LSL30. The safety lock is the fall-arrest device to prevent the danger brought by the broken steel wire rope.
 
 

Electric Control System

We have electric control panel to control one hoist, two hoist and multiple hoist.
And for single hoist, the control panel can be installed to the hoist for the convenience.
