This machine is a cold heading equipment with one die and two punches. It is mainly used for the head forming of screw products. Its working process is wire straightening, wire feeding, cutting, feeding into the main die, one punch forging, two punches for forming, and billet withdrawal. The work is done in one go, with a production capacity of about 260 pieces per minute, which is a product with advanced technology. Compared with ordinary one-die two-punch cold heading machines, it has the advantage of high speed, and the conjugate cam used for lifting is more accurate and stable.
It can forge various metal materials: carbon steel, alloy steel, copper, aluminum, etc. It has a wide range of uses. (Materials such as alloy steel need to be heated to a certain temperature with a heater before they can be forged).
This machine can produce common self-tapping screws, self-drilling screws, chipboard screws, and other small screws.
