Hydraulic straightening machine, full name is H-beam flange hydraulic straightening machine, is mainly used for rectifying the deformed flange.
Straightening principle: The two upper straightening wheels press the two sides of flange, one of the down straightening wheel bear against the middle of flange; Pinch oil cylinder drives the two upper straightening wheel and press down the two sides of flange to realize rectifying the deformation.
This equipment includes cycloid reducer, column gear reducer, universal coupling, rack, down straightening roll device, upper straightening roll device, web plate fastening device, conveying roller, hydraulic system and electrical control system.
