TIANYI thermal insulation decorative integration production line is widely used in surface coating and printing of calcium silicate board, cement fiber board, glass magnesium board, PVC material, internal and external decorative board. We have obtained many product patents and filled several gaps in domestic. Application and features:
1. This machine is suitable for coating of calcium silicate board, cement fiber board, plastic, metal, glass and other new materials; also suitable for the surface coating of decorative board of internal and external wall, undercoat and finishing coat of furniture, floor and cabinet.
2. Smooth painting surface with good plumpness without color difference after machine processing.
3. Imported motor, reducer and frequency conversion control are separately adopted for the coating roller, cloth roller and transmission part with high precision coating weight precisely controlled.
4. Casting type design and quick release rubber wheel are adopted for fast and convenient roller changing.
5. Automatic configuration such as man-machine interface, precision automatic lifting and heating device are adopted.
6. Optional functions such as independent electrical box, thickness setting device, automatic anti-collision protection and smooth roller heating equipment, etc.
7. The machine can make the coating of PU, NC, UV and water paint and the coating can be recycled without waste.
