IRRIGATION PU LAYFLAT HOSE
Product description
Product name: irrigation PU layflat hose
Designed for travelling irrigation etc.
It is one type of through-the-weave polyurethane (PU) covered hose. Irrigator PU hoses shall be made from 100%high tenacity synthetic yarn circular woven and completely, totally
embedded in the PU compound, excellent protected against mechanical damage,
forming a single homogenous construction without the use of any glues or adhesives of any type. Incorporated nylon helix is used to transfer static electricity.
Irrigator PU hoses have been fully tested to prove compatibility with potable water,
including taste and odor.
Application: Lightweight and kink resistant for rough construction applications.
Suitable for full vacuum.
Inner tube and cover: Smooth PU cover and tube. The ribs on the cover surface greatly increase
abrasion resistance and help to provide a long service life.
Reinforcement: Circular woven polyester jacket with nylon helix incorporated
Operating Temperature Range: From -60 ℉ to 176℉(-50℃ to 80℃)
Standard Color: Blue, other colors available per request
Standard Length: 50m, 100m, 200m, other lengths available per request
Standards/requirement: Meets and exceeds NSF61
Packaging: Coils or flaked in cartons
