One .The equipment overview

JLM90-1350 laminating machine consists of four major systems: electric, pneumatic, electronic and mechanical. It mainly consists of an extrusion unit, a set of molds, a set of forming systems, a set of unwinding systems, and a set of winding systems. The unwinding tension system is controlled by the most advanced vector frequency conversion technology. The robot does not decelerate and automatically cut the volume. It adopts Japanese Mitsubishi PLC programmable controller, unwinding, winding, extrusion, traction (forming), line speed, meter The meters are all displayed by digits.

Two.The main technical parameters

1. Material barrel : φ90mm, L/D ratio: 33:1, material: 38CrMoAl, quenching and tempering, surface nitriding, reinforced double-mixing structure, good mixing effect, large discharge amount, hydraulic screen changing device;

14. The winding adopts the friction type surface winding form, the roll change deceleration is manually changed, and the winding tension is controlled by frequency conversion and the host;

Four:Equipment installation and commissioning and training

1. The supplier is responsible for the installation and commissioning of the equipment. The buyer shall assign three operators to cooperate with the installation and commissioning until the equipment is smoothly driven and normal production. The commissioning personnel is one person, responsible for equipment installation, mechanical debugging, electrical automation debugging and laminating production process debugging; the return ticket and accommodation of the supplier technician are paid by the demander, and each person pays a subsidy of USD 100 per day.

2. The raw materials (including materials such as substrate and PE) required during commissioning are provided by the purchaser;

3. The supplier is responsible for the training of the operator of the demand side. The supplier is responsible for training the operators. The training instructors are 1-2 people, the operating and learning personnel are 3-5 people, and the operating and learning personnel are unified to participate in the training. The training time is 7-10 days. The training content includes mechanical operation and PLC operation. Temperature control, replacement of volume operation procedures, etc. After the machine is accepted, the supplier will leave 1-2 technicians to carry out 7-10 days of tracking technical service training to the demanding operators, and make the operators skilled in using the equipment.

The supplier provides after-sales technical support to the demand side to help the demand side solve various technical problems encountered in production and development consultation of various extruded composite new products, and the supplier tries its best to provide assistance.
