OCEAN Pump brand robust sand dredger is made by our high quality sand pump and industrial-strength floating platforms. The sand dredger body is designed into box-like structure that can be dismantled, so sand dredger can be assembled at working place easily and be transported by road, railway or inside container, the sand dredger are very convenient to move in the working place.
Our sand dredger can be self-propelled or non self-propelled. The power system of sand dredger can be electric system or diesel engine driven system according to customers’ requirements. Sand Dredger's features are high efficiency, cost saving, easy to transport and operate. OCEAN Pump brand sand dredger is equipped with our powerful sand pump to discharge the underwater mixture of sand, mud and water to the designated place through the discharge pipeline.

10 inch Sand Dredger making process
As per customer’s requirement, we keeped him knowing the sand dredger produce process.
Material cutting. The steel plate is 6 mm thickness which is very firm and strong enough for this type of small sand dredger. We cut the dredger material carefully by automatic plasm cutting machine.
Welding. All our workers are senior welder with welding skills to in sure the welding beauty and not any gap.
Painting. After sand dredger pontoon finished, we will painting the sand dredger body with anti rust paint and topcoat, the sand dredger body painting color could be pointed according to customer’s requirement.
Sand Dredger assemble. We assemble and connect the sand pump, water pump, engines for pumps, winch, hand frame, sand suction rubber hose and oil tank etc. Layout pipeline for this sand dredger.
Sand Dredger testing before delivery. We started the engine and check the pumps, winch working condition. After making sure all the sand dredger is in the deigned condition, we delivered the sand dredger.
